1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Claim Flow Capital's website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide advance funding by purchasing receivables from licensed Public Adjusters.

This is not a loan and does not involve interest.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be a licensed Public Adjuster
• Have lawful authority to assign receivables
• Provide accurate information
• Have a legitimate receivable backed by a settled claim

4. Application Paths

4.1 Website Intake Form

The intake form collects only basic contact and business information and does not constitute a full application.

4.2 Secure DocuSign Application (Required for Underwriting)

All sensitive information (SSNs, government IDs, home addresses, bank statements, financial records) must be submitted exclusively through our DocuSign application.

5. Underwriting Process

Submitting an intake or DocuSign application does not guarantee approval. Applications are subject to:

• Verification with insurance carriers
• Review of all submitted documents
• Completion of required e-signed agreements
• Final underwriting approval

We may decline any application at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To submit sensitive information only through DocuSign
• To provide accurate, truthful information
• To comply with all required documentation steps
• To avoid submitting sensitive data via email or website forms

7. Fees and Costs

• Origination fee (disclosed upfront)
• Optional wire fee ($15) if selected
• No hidden charges

8. Payment Collection Rights

Upon assignment of receivables, we may collect payment directly from:

• Insurance carriers
• Mortgage companies
• Escrow agents
• Other authorized processors

9. Limitation of Liability

Claim Flow Capital is not liable for:

• Carrier delays
• User-submitted errors
• Third-party provider failures (email, DocuSign, hosting)
• Disputes between you and the insured/carrier

Liability is limited to the amount of funding provided.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Claim Flow Capital against claims arising from:

• Misrepresentation
• Fraud
• Breach of these Terms
• Disputes over receivables

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction and resolved via binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately when posted.
