We do not accept or request sensitive documents via website upload.
1.3 Sensitive Information via DocuSign (Full Applications Only)
For full underwriting applications requiring identity verification or financial documentation, you are redirected to DocuSign, a secure third-party platform.
DocuSign may collect:
- Social Security Numbers
- Government identification details
- Home address
- Bank statements and financial documents
- Other underwriting information
Our website does not receive, transmit, store, or access sensitive information submitted through DocuSign. All such data is collected and processed solely under DocuSign's security and privacy policies.

- Funded Transactions: Retained for 7 years (regulatory requirement)
- Incomplete Applications: Retained for 90 days
- Emails via Resend: Retained per Resend's normal retention cycle (30–90 days)
- DocuSign Documents: Retained under DocuSign's document policy and applicable legal requirements
You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
4. Data Storage & Processing
4.1 Website Storage
We operate a lightweight system:
- Intake submissions are emailed to Intake@claimflowcapital.com
- No sensitive personal data is stored on our servers
- No internal customer database stores sensitive data
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers
